Aek Sibundong MHPP 8 MW | North Sumatera, Indonesia

We successfully delivered project management services (including financing advisory) to develop an 8 MW Mini Hydro Power Plant in Humbang Hasundutan District, North Sumatera. The project Capex is approximately 21 million USD. The Plant is currently in operation.

Tenayan Raya | Pekanbaru, Indonesia

We designed the master plan of a large-scale – commercial, residential, and office development in Tenayan, Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Total land area is approximately 800 hectares (8 million m2). This new development is visioned to connect Pekanbaru city center to the newly-built government complex.

Hotel and Apartment | Batam, Indonesia

We provided an architectural design concept of a 12-storey luxury apartment, a 7-storey hotel building, and a clubhouse with a total floor area of 30,000 m2. The project is part of a larger residential and commercial development.

Fish Processing Plant | Bitung, Indonesia

We produced the master plan of a fish processing industrial complex integrated into harbor development in Bitung Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The complex consists of various buildings: Fish Processing Plant, storage facility, and offices.

Grand Rhadana Hotel | Jakarta, Indonesia 

We provided an Architectural Design service for an 8-storey hotel project in the Tebet area, Jakarta. The client already owns three hotels located in Bali. The new hotel in Jakarta is expected to become a valuable addition to the portfolio.

Villa Asri | Cilegon, Indonesia 

We produced the concept design and marketing materials for the development of private villas in Cilegon. With a total of 25 units, the villas are situated on a hilltop with stunning mountain views. The Villas are part of a larger agritourism development.
